Since 2011, Strategic Aid Partners has been the voice of those who wish to improve the common practices used by first responders. It has been our goal to further the public’s knowledge about the field of safety.

Who We Are

Based in San Francisco, CA, Strategic Aid Partners is a nonprofit, public benefit corporation and is not operated for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes.

Meet The Team

Flynn

Ray Flynn Emeritus Board Member

Emeritus Board Member Ray Flynn was elected three terms as the 52nd Mayor of Boston from 1984-1993 and as U.S. Ambassador to the Vatican 1993-1997 appointed by President Bill Clinton. During his political career, Ambassador Flynn had the privilege of working with Popes, Presidents and Prime Ministers. Before

entering politics, Flynn was an All-American basketball player at Providence College voted Most Valuable Player in the National Invitational Tournament in Madison Square Garden, while leading Providence College to the national championship. Flynn received his Master's Degree in Education at Harvard University. He is a well-respected author and national public speaker on the topics of politics, religion and nutritional wellness. Ambassador Flynn continues his ongoing efforts to find a cure for his grandson, who has a rare neurological disorder. He participates in events and conferences around the world, including the Vatican Adult Stem Cell Conference in Rome; collaborating with scientists and experts on new findings and research in the Adult Stem Cell field; in the hope of finding a cure for his grandson and other children

Lantos

Anette Lantos Emeritus Board Member

Anette Lantos Emeritus Board Member  Annette Lantos, the wife of the late Congressman Tom Lantos, worked full-time in her husband's office throughout his nearly three decades in the U.S. House of Representatives. As Holocaust survivors, both Annette and her husband Tom spearheaded numerous efforts to help human rights victims, including those persecuted for religious and political reasons, and to further human rights causes. She served as Executive Director of the Congressional Human Rights Caucus, which her husband co-founded. After Tom’s death, Congress permanently established the Tom Lantos Human Rights Commission, which continues the work of The Human Rights Caucus. She remains the Chair Emeritus of the Lantos Foundation for Human Rights & Justice.

Clark

Andrew Clark President

President Andrew graduated from Saint Mary’s College and the University of San Francisco School of Law. He has been practicing law in California for over 30 years. Andrew works as a prosecutor in the San Francisco District Attorney's office specialising in all aspects of criminal law. He has personally handled over 200 jury trials including homicide, robbery, arson, burglary, and assault. 

In 2017, as Vice President of the Olympic Club in San Francisco, Andrew was responsible for negotiating the multi-million dollar 2027 PGA Championship and the 2032 Ryder Cup contracts. 

Andrew served for three years as a Commissioner on the San Francisco Housing Authority overseeing an annual $200 million dollar HUD budget. 

Andrew founded Strategic Aid Partners in 2011.

Frank2

Dr. Frank Beglin Treasurer

Dr. Beglin received a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of California at Berkeley. He received his degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University in 1991.

After completing a one-year General Practice Residency at the Veterans Hospital in San Francisco, Dr. Beglin practiced family dentistry for the next two years in the same city. He returned to The Ohio State University for three years of Orthodontic residency and received a specialty certificate in Orthodontics and a Master’s of Science degree in 1997.

Dr. Beglin has specialized in the practice of Orthodontics since 1997. His Master of Science thesis received an award of special merit in a national competition sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists and was published in the Journal of the American Association of Orthodontists.

Martin Kane Secretary

Martin’s (Marty’s) areas of practice are complex domestic relations law and criminal defense. He is a graduate of Boston College School of Management in 1988 and Boston College Law School, graduating in 1992 with a Juris Doctorate degree.

Marty presently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Boston College. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Middlesex County Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Family and Probate Inns of Court.

Since 2006, Marty has served as a committee member for the Judicial Bench-Bar Committee. The committee conducts due diligence on candidates for judicial appointments who have been nominated by the Judicial Nominating Committee and are awaiting consideration by the Executive Branch.

In 2010, Marty was nominated as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer.

Mission Statement

Strategic Aid Partners provides training by connecting experienced subject experts with specialists in the field through tele-education and tele-medicine programs. Strategic Aid Partners utilizes new technologies to assist experts in sharing their knowledge and makes expert information digitally available to specialists working to meet the needs of their professions.
